As many of you may already know, we are heartbroken to be shutting our doors for the final time on Saturday 7th September 2024, and as such many items within our lovely shop are now just £1 or under.
We are raising funds for a charity that is so very close to our hearts, and as the viability of the shop declined, we had to make the very hard decision to close our doors, especially as our landlord very kindly offered us the chance to vacate the premises early.
We would like to convey our very grateful thanks to each and every one of our lovely customers who have supported us over the last three years, you have all been amazing and generous, and always up for a chat and a browse. We have loved seeing your faces popping through the door and are so proud to have made so many new friends.
Our amazing team of volunteers and staff have worked so very hard to ensure you always had the best quality items on offer and to earn income from as many streams as possible. Lead by our wonderful shop Manager Anne Harrison and assistant shop Manager, Karen Davis, they really did put their heart and soul into ensuring Pretty & Preloved was a success, and they more than achieved this. Thank you all, past and present, you are all wonderful and I wish you every success in the future.
The Matthew Hackney Foundation will continue to support children & young people with their mental health, as we did before the launch of our shop so please do keep any eye on our socials/website for updates about the charity.
